Movement workshop with Rupa Cousins. Paneurhythmy is a simple circle dance from Bulgaria, created by Peter Deunov a mystic from the early 20th century. In this healing practice, intention and movement unite to support integration and evolution of the body, mind and spirit. Paneurhythmy practice promotes joy in the dancer and in the circle. People of any age and any belief system can participate -- Rupa’s teacher danced until almost 90!

"Uniting intention and movement." Rupa Cousins has been teaching Paneurhythmy for over 18 years, dancing twice weekly in Brattleboro, Vermont from spring to fall. She has taught the dance in Bosnia, Macedonia and Turkey, at Rowe Conference Center, and with her late teacher Ernestina Staleva, at Omega Institute.
